About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our team. As the Payroll Team Lead, you will oversee end-to-end Australia & New Zealand payroll processing, managing a small skilled team and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australia & New Zealand
  • Lead a small payroll team, providing guidance and development
  • Compliance focus with in-depth knowledge of AU and NZ payroll regulations
  • Drive process improvements to streamline payroll operations
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other departments
  • Develop and mentor team members
  • Assist with regular audits and reporting

Requirements:

  • SAP experience essential
  • Proven experience in processing ANZ payrolls
  • Previous leadership experience managing a small team
  • In-depth understanding of AU and NZ payroll regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
