Operational Training Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Operational Training Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering operational training programs that meet the needs of Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division.


About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in training and development, as well as experience in the design and delivery of operational training programs. You will work closely with divisional staff and managers to identify client needs, support the ongoing development of competencies and capability frameworks, and contribute to the achievement of corporate and business plan objectives.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver operational training programs that meet the needs of Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of operational training programs
  • Contribute to the development of operational training plans and strategies
  • Liaise with Divisional staff and managers to identify client needs and support the ongoing development of competencies and capability frameworks

Key Requirements
  • Training and adult education experience
  • Experience in the development and delivery of operational training and a comprehensive understanding of operational training issues
  • Detailed operational experience within CTSD business centres
