Cluster Manager Job Description

Cue & Veronika Maine is a leading Australian retailer committed to sustainability and excellence. We're seeking a skilled Cluster Manager to lead and manage multiple stores in Bondi, driving success and excellence across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily and hourly targets in line with Company standards
  • Consistently measure weekly sales budgets against parity and previous year
  • Analyze previous week's results, implementing actions where necessary
  • Conduct monthly management meetings to review store performance and key imperatives
  • Identify and optimize overstocks and slow-moving lines to maximize gross profit
  • Investigate local promotional opportunities to boost sales
  • Actively maintain and improve staff performance and morale
  • Regularly review individual performance, implementing remedial actions as needed
  • Perform performance reviews of all Store Managers
  • Investigate reasons for turnover, implementing remedial actions
  • Ensure correct process is followed for all dismissals
  • Appoint and induct new team members in conjunction with Store Managers
  • Discuss external advertising with People & Culture Department
  • Hold regular team training to ensure staff awareness of policies and procedures
  • Develop succession plans for Store and Assistant management positions
  • Provide high potentials with development opportunities for career progression
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Area Manager or Cluster Manager in a retail environment
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets
  • Brand ambassador with natural ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
