Commercial Advisory Role

We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our Civil & Infrastructure customer stream.

This role involves contract management, including review, negotiation and administration activities. You will also oversee subcontractor recommendations, manage supplier agreements and assist project teams in negotiations and dispute resolution.

You will mentor and support project teams in commercial management issues, systems and processes. Additionally, you will assess tender submissions, participate in project reporting and support progress claims, budgeting and cost tracking.

To succeed, you will need preferred qualifications in Business, Accounting or Law. Experience in contract administration, procurement and commercial risk management is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities.

A sound understanding of the construction industry is desirable, as well as proficiency in MS Suite and ERP Systems like Pronto.
