Clinical Governance LeaderThis role involves providing expert clinical review of digital mental health products and content. You will contribute to the organisation's duty of care and clinical governance frameworks; provide training and support to staff; and advise on emerging service developments.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Informing new product and content development with mental health expertise
- Implementing and continuously improving clinical governance frameworks and processes
- Supporting continuous improvement of clinical governance processes and compliance with national standards
You will work closely with our Support Services Team, including Peer Workers and Coaches who connect one-on-one with young people via text-based chat.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant mental health discipline (e.g. psychology, social work, counselling)
- At least 5 years' experience working in a mental health setting, with registration or eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association in your field
- Demonstrated experience in strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches
