Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leadership Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction and long-term architecture for our Ecosystem and Marketplace organization.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development and architecture, as well as experience in leading large-scale projects and mentoring engineers across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive exploration of large-scale projects and ensure alignment with our technical strategy
  • Provide pragmatic advice to engineering leaders on investing in long-term architecture while servicing current systems
  • Improve software construction quality and meaningful code reviews in an agile environment
  • Mentor engineers across teams and influence team standards for operational excellence
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience building software, with 4+ years in an architect/principal role working across teams
  • Broad experience architecting, designing, and building large-scale systems
  • Passion for building quality solutions and maintaining quality standards
  • Experience collaborating with ecosystem teams and leading long-term software architecture strategy
