About the Role

RACQ Group is seeking a skilled Campaign Developer to join our Data Analytics division within the Decisioning and Insights team. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging tools like Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, structure, and analyze internal and external data using a range of analytics technologies, including descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
  • Deliver solutions using agile methodologies, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to drive incremental value.
  • Develop analytic solutions to support business units across the group, working in partnership to meet key performance objectives.
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to reduce costs, increase revenue resilience, mitigate business risks, and optimize processes.
  • Contribute to the development of business requirements, prioritization of work, and delivery to milestones, demonstrating discipline and stakeholder engagement.
About You

We're looking for a talented Campaign Developer with a strong background in data engineering, stakeholder engagement, and commercial thinking. Your expertise in executing data-driven marketing campaigns, working with large and complex datasets, and presenting insights to business audiences will be essential in this role.

  • Demonstrated experience in executing data-driven marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar software).
  • Strong data engineering skills, including SQL on AWS Redshift and AWS Athena (or similar platforms).
  • Business acumen and data acumen, with the ability to interpret findings, present insights, and exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and business engagement skills.
