  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist with purchasing processes, general retail operations and liaising with customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the team including filing, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling and general ad-hoc tasks.
  • Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services.
