We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Coach to lead our senior teams in the 2025 season. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our club and contribute to our success.

The role involves developing and implementing a training schedule and game day strategy for the team, as well as delivering consistent standards to improve player performance.

  • Seniors Men's Coach
  • Senior Women's Coach
  • Reserves Coach

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire players. They will also possess a deep understanding of the sport and be able to develop and implement effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a training schedule and game day strategy for the team
  • Deliver consistent application of standards to improve player performance

Requirements:

  • Level 1 accreditation (the club will assist with this)
  • AFL Level 2 Coaching accreditation (or the ability to achieve this)
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and embedding a good on-field and off-field club culture
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to engage positively with players, coaches, committee, and supporters
  • Able to coach and develop players of all experience levels, capabilities, and ages/gender
  • Extensive playing and/or coaching experience, enthusiasm, and passion for club football
  • Current Blue Card (this can be arranged by the club)
