About the Role
As a Nurse Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in caring for our residents' health and overall quality of life. Your personalized clinical care and empathetic approach will make a positive impact on their lives. This is a highly rewarding role that requires a passion for supporting older Australians.
Key Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate between $41.84 and $53.44 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on experience.
- Part-time roles available for afternoon and night shifts across 7-days.

Your Responsibilities
- Providing clinical care and support to residents
- Managing and supervising care workers
- Undertaking client assessments and evaluations
- Monitoring residents' care needs and developing care plans
- Providing treatment as required
Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment
