Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our care team, providing exceptional clinical care and support to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across our three onsite facilities, exercising sound clinical judgment and expertise in wound care, chronic, and acute disease processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including wound care and management of chronic and acute conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to Peninsula Villages' ICCARE values and standards of practice
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse in an aged care setting (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Ability to work night duty shifts
  • Proficient in resident documentation and clinical skills
  • Willingness to engage with and align practice with Peninsula Villages' ICCARE values
