A Little Bit About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Kathmandu, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the successful and efficient running of the store. You will be expected to have flexible availability for shifts during the full week and work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in the profitable running of the store.
- Create an enjoyable experience for every customer by sharing your love of adventure.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Assist in store operational requirements as requested by management.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an individual with experience and/or understanding of the retail sales environment. You should be able to demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, as well as a positive and flexible attitude that will shine in store to your fellow team and customers.
You will have strong initiative, be adaptable, and cope well within a fast-paced retail environment. You should also be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business, and be able to share that with your customers.
