
Procurement Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving ongoing enhancements and increasing efficiency within our procurement process. You will use our Procure to Pay platform, Coupa, to manage supplier enablement and catalog management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain supplier enablement and catalog management processes to ensure compliance, data integrity, and enablement within the Coupa platform.
- Support the Procure to Pay team in collaboration with Accounts Payable and Procurement to drive an efficient and effective vendor onboarding process.
- Setup and Configuration Punchout Catalogs: Collaborate with suppliers to set up and configure catalogs, ensuring all necessary information is correctly configured.
- Evaluate and modify the tools used in the Catalog and Supplier Enablement process to ensure they meet business needs.
- User Training: Train end users optimize the use of Coupa tools and processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for supplier and catalog enablement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role, including experience with Coupa catalog management, supplier onboarding, and SAP integration.
- At least 1-3 years of experience with catalog development and supplier enablement on Coupa or similar P2P platforms.
- Critical thinking: Ability to assess situations logically and make sound judgments.
- Problem-solving: Demonstrated capability to identify problems, generate solutions, and implement them effectively.
- Skills: Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
