Audit Training Manager

**Job Summary**
The Audit Training Manager will be responsible for developing, delivering, and managing the audit training program for RSM Australia. This includes creating and maintaining presentations, case studies, courses, webinars, and other materials for the firm's audit and assurance practice.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a competency-based training framework and a comprehensive curriculum for the audit and assurance service lines.
- Design and implement the relevant aspects of RSM Australia's System of Quality Management as it relates to human resource development.
- Liaise with other relevant stakeholders in the development, monitoring, and delivery of audit training.
- Work with the Learning and Development team to develop and improve systems for managing and monitoring compliance with firm training requirements.
- Develop, facilitate, and present training and self-study materials, including drafting of learning objectives, course materials, case studies, and practice aides.
- Prepare thought leadership materials, including website articles, practice aids, and guidance statements.
- Participate in external outreach activities related to audit quality and training.
**Requirements:**
- Completed CA or equivalent.
- Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in External Audit.
- Extensive experience in the preparation and delivery of audit and assurance training.
- Ability to adapt content for both in-person and online delivery.
- Fluent and confident speaker and presenter.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
- Experience in audit quality activities including file inspections, regulatory reviews, or similar.
- Excellent written English, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a readily understandable way to staff of varying experience levels.
