Dynamics 365 Business Central Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Dynamics 365 Business Central initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Solution Configuration: Design, implement, and deploy customized D365BC solutions that align with client requirements.
- Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a proactive and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Analysis and Optimization: Analyze client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization, recommending and implementing changes as needed.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years' experience in development using D365 Business Central/NAV.
- Support Experience: Proven track record in a support environment, with experience in incident management, release management, and change management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, troubleshoot, scope, and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients.
- Time Management: Strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
