Role Overview

As a caring professional in this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, helping them live with dignity and purpose.

  • Assist with daily tasks, providing emotional support and companionship to residents in a nurturing environment.
  • Ensure the physical comfort and emotional well-being of our residents are met with care and respect.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care while fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the facility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you are a kind-hearted, patient, and respectful individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people.

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team and independently, an understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence.
