About The Role
- Managing a National based portfolio of motor claims and handling high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
- Ensure and maintain knowledge of current legislation and how this impact claims management, applying soundly based decision-making to all claims and consistently making liability decisions of increasing complexity throughout the life of the claim.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
- Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
- Follow the AAL Claims Management Process and adhere to AAL standards to minimize claim costs
- High level of Customer service experience, ideally within a claim's environment
- Insurance knowledge/background
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Negotiation skills
- Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
