About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice. As a key member of our Group Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and operation of IAM controls across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate IAM controls, standards, and guidelines into technology and operational processes.
  • Collate data points, metrics, and reports to understand current control status and identify potential testing gaps.
  • Develop and execute test plans to assess the status of observed gaps and potential impacts on control effectiveness.
  • Liaise with control owners and technology crews to prioritise and address noted findings.
  • Form a detailed view of control operations and processes.
  • Proactively conduct self-assessments across the Identity estate.
  • Work with Assurance functions to collate evidence requests, conduct workshops, support walkthroughs, and draft management responses.
  • Provide a consolidated view of controls operated by Identity.
  • Contribute to actionable insights that can aid with Business Unit Investment (BUIT) prioritisation.
  • Drive remediation activities noted by centralised testing teams where findings are applicable to Identity controls and/or processes.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, specifically our Chief Controls Office (CCO).
  • Support the organisational focus on enhanced control testing automation.
Requirements
  • Strong Identity and Access Management knowledge.
  • Experience in IT audit, internal controls, and/or risk management.
  • Experience performing IT general controls, technology risk assessments, testing or auditing against technology standards or governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading or contributing to internal and external audits.
  • Strong data skills, with automation experience.
  • Very strong written and communication skills.
