Facilities Management Opportunity

This role offers the chance to oversee the efficient delivery of facilities management services across a diverse portfolio of properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring each property meets relevant codes and standards through effective program management and regular inspections.

  • Manage health, safety, and environmental programs and conduct annual inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with building management teams and contractors to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop, manage, and update operational expenditure (Opex) and capital expenditure (Capex) budgets in conjunction with clients and team members.
  • Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and risk management procedures to ensure asset integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key skills and experience required for this role include:

  • At least 2 years of facilities management experience.
  • A proven track record in managing fit-outs, refurbishments, and maintenance projects.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget preparation and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
