We are seeking a passionate and empathetic Support Worker to join our team at Endeavour Foundation.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live their best lives and achieve their goals.
You will work in a dynamic and inclusive environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference in the lives of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal planning, and light cleaning;
- Support individuals to participate in community activities and outings;
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals;
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support;
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of belonging and connection among staff and individuals.

- Good computer skills and experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- First Aid and CPR certification;
- Fit2Work National Criminal History Check;
- Driver's License with comprehensive insurance.
