">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Culinary Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and providing outstanding customer service.
">About the Role:
">The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals, serving residents during meal times, setting up dining areas, and maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining environment. They will also interact with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing their needs and requests as appropriate.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Assist in the preparation of meals, which may include chopping vegetables, assembling salads, portioning food, and preparing simple dishes under the supervision of the Head Chef or Cook.
">Serve meals to residents during meal times, ensuring that each resident receives the appropriate meal according to their dietary requirements.
">Set up the dining areas before meal times, ensuring tables are clean, and all necessary items like cutlery, plates, and glasses are in place.
">Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen and dining area, washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
">Interact with residents in a friendly and courteous manner during meal times, addressing their needs and requests as appropriate.

Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you will need to possess a Food Handlers Certificate, be adaptable and passionate about learning, collaborative and skilled at teamwork, and have effective communication abilities.
