Key Responsibilities:
  • Export Process Management: Oversee all export operations from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our National Export Manager and Operations teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
  • Shipment Coordination: Liaise with Brokers, Forwarders, and transport companies to ensure up-to-date shipment information.
  • Information Validation: Check shipping manifests and maintain accurate records in our National Export Systems.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Investigate claims and provide timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Timeliness and Efficiency: Process orders efficiently and keep customers informed of shipment statuses.
Requirements:
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Clear communicator with excellent people skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Logistics Experience: Background in logistics/operations environment preferred but not required.
  • Customer-Focused: Committed to exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-Oriented: High-level administration skills and attention to detail.
