Job Opportunity: Senior Area Manager for OSHC Businesses
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Area Manager to lead our cluster of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) businesses in the northern suburbs of NSW and QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing people, developing business strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead and manage OSHC teams in schools to ensure effective service delivery and excellent relationships with educators, principals, and parents.">
- Oversee all aspects of service management, including staff management, program design support, business management, and motivating and managing teams.">
- Conduct Educator appraisals and prepare and support educators for Assessment and Rating reviews.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Past experience in people management, preferably in the Child Care or Education sector.">
- Leadership skills, drive to succeed, and desire to support working families.">
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.">
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.">
- Current NSW and QLD Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training.">
- Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent.">
