We are seeking a senior operational leader to oversee a key portfolio of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across South East Queensland. This high-impact role is ideal for an experienced area/regional manager who thrives on strategic leadership, service excellence, and team development.
You'll lead with vision and integrity, coaching Service Leaders and working cross-functionally to uplift performance and consistency. As part of our OSHC Leadership Team, you'll help shape the future direction of our services; driving innovation, continuous improvement, and outcomes that matter for children, families, and communities.
What You'll Do
- Lead a portfolio of OSHC services across SEQ, supporting Service Leaders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and consistent operations
- Act as a strategic partner to the Head of OSHC, helping set and implement organisational goals
- Build capability across teams, mentoring and supporting leaders to grow and succeed
- Analyse performance data to inform decisions and service improvements
- Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and purpose
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with broader organisational strategy

- Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role - ideally within OSHC, early learning, or education-related environments

- Strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on leadership style
- Experience developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and operational best practice
