About the Role

As a team leader, you will be responsible for guiding a group of gardeners to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within the region. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of gardeners to ensure high-quality maintenance and enhancement of green spaces.
  • Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard, meeting client expectations and company standards.
  • Complete service requests as required, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control, and spraying.
  • A valid manual driver's license.
  • A current White Card.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
