Embark on a journey where your love for gardening meets your knack for organising.As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a skilled team within a premium entertainment facility located within the heart of Broadbeach.If you are a motivated individual who loves green spaces and has strong capability, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with Green by Nature.ResponsibilitiesMaintain a permanent site - 5 days a weekFollow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilisingRegularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actionsInteract with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activitiesUphold Green By Nature's reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst guests and staff of the facilityBenefitsMonday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finishCompetitive hourly rateUniform and PPE suppliedOngoing safety training programs and resources availableFrequent free team social eventsCareer progression pathwaysAbout YouCertificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens – Highly regardedExperience in indoor and outdoor plants as well as irrigationWhite CardValid Drivers' licenseTeam player with excellent communication skillsOur Team & CultureDiscover Green by Nature, our purpose is to enhance lives by constructing, nurturing, and maintaining exceptional green spaces.
