Job Duties:
  • Deliver exceptional well site service under general supervision, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Apply knowledge of fluids chemistry, volume, and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory, and application, as well as well site service delivery expertise.
  • Conduct and interpret results of routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions for optimal performance.
  • Operate separation and waste management equipment, understanding its impact on overall fluid performance.
  • Collaborate with fluids and equipment supervisors, technical professionals, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, services, rig operations, fluids, separation, and waste management technologies, and related processes.
  • Maintain professional relationships with operator representatives and rig personnel, fostering open communication.
  • Manage inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares at the rig site, ensuring accurate tracking and availability.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all aspects of job performance, prioritizing a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM or related field highly preferred.
  • Completion of the Core Training Course and 6 months of relevant experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications may be beneficial.
