Job Description:

Well site service delivery requires a combination of technical knowledge and excellent customer support skills. As a Field Service Representative, you will provide general supervision and technical assistance to customers at the well site.

You will apply your understanding of fluids chemistry, volume calculations, and separation equipment theory to ensure efficient and effective well site operations. Additionally, you will conduct routine and specialized testing, interpret results, and provide technical solutions to customers.

The role also involves operating separation and waste management equipment and demonstrating expertise in company products and services. You will work closely with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals to achieve successful outcomes.

Maintaining a professional working relationship with operator's representatives and rig personnel is crucial for this position. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing and tracking inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares at the rig site based on drilling programs and anticipated conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related discipline is preferred.
  • Completion of Baroid Core Training Course or an industry-recognized program is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers at the well site.
  2. Apply knowledge of fluids chemistry and separation equipment theory to optimize well site operations.
  3. Conduct routine and specialized testing, interpret results, and provide technical solutions.
  4. Operate separation and waste management equipment and maintain expertise in company products and services.
  5. Work collaboratively with fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals to achieve project goals.
  6. Prepare and track inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares at the rig site.
  7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment regulations in all aspects of job performance.
