Job Title: Field Service Specialist">

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to join our team as a Field Service Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to customers at well sites, working under general supervision.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine and specialized testing, interpreting results, and providing technical solutions to ensure optimal fluid performance. You will also operate separation and waste management equipment, collaborate with fluids and equipment supervisors, and maintain a professional relationship with operators' representatives and rig personnel.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate knowledge of company products and services, rig operations, and related technologies. You should also be able to prepare and track inventory of essential equipment spares and Baroid products based on drilling programs and anticipated conditions.

In addition to your technical skills, you must comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all aspects of your job performance. We require completion of the Baroid Core Training Course or other industry-recognized program, as well as 6 months of relevant experience.

Key Qualifications:
  • Completion of the Baroid Core Training Course or equivalent industry-recognized program
  • At least 6 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of fluid chemistry, volume, and hydraulics calculations
