About this Opportunity

This position is responsible for overseeing the Sales & Service Hub team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Sales & Service Hub team
  • Develop the skills and capabilities of the teams using a service model
  • Deliver effective contact centre operations across all channels
  • Manage escalated concerns and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Develop standardised business rules and operating procedures
Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience in managing large volume call centre teams
  • Familiarity with call centre systems, tools and reporting metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
