This position is responsible for overseeing the Sales & Service Hub team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the Sales & Service Hub team
- Develop the skills and capabilities of the teams using a service model
- Deliver effective contact centre operations across all channels
- Manage escalated concerns and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Develop standardised business rules and operating procedures
- A minimum of three years' experience in managing large volume call centre teams
- Familiarity with call centre systems, tools and reporting metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
