Senior Associate Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will assist clients with complex tax compliance issues and design structures that meet their commercial objectives.

You will work closely with clients throughout their entire business lifecycle, from supporting growing privately owned businesses to estate and succession planning, wealth preservation, and everything in between.

Your responsibilities will include providing advice around the purchase of new investments or business assets, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office, and representing clients during ATO engagements.

You will also support families as they look to transfer wealth between generations, including through their estate planning, and help clients contribute to causes important to them through private charities and philanthropic giving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
  • Experience in tax compliance and reporting
