We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our Applications Engineering Practice. This senior role will involve leading talented teams of consultants and engineers across web, software, and mobile applications.

Job Description

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategy, ensuring we deliver quality, cutting-edge solutions that address our clients' evolving needs.

  • Your primary focus will be on growing the applications engineering capability, setting clear goals, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • You will also identify emerging technology trends, collaborate with the market team to align our offerings with client needs, and develop innovative solutions.

Additionally, you will excel in client relationship management, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will contribute to pre-sales activities, develop compelling sales collateral, and lead the development of client solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leading an Applications Engineering Practice for a Technology Consultancy, Systems Integrator or Professional Services company.
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive AI innovation and process improvements within the applications engineering domain.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and experience in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages and frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Able to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
