Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Tonsley Technical College. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the effective operations of the college, contributing to the achievement of the college's strategic plan and educational outcomes of students.

The Operations Manager will develop systems to initiate, plan, implement, coordinate, and deliver a range of college operational processes, incorporating facility, plant, asset management, and maintenance in collaboration with RTO partners of the college.

The role also involves managing student recruitment processes and ensuring effective operation of administrative functions.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in management, budgeting, and operations of a large and complex organization
  • High-level communication and management skills, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds and lead a team
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders while managing complex organizational and facilities in a large and complex organization
