The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to assist with the planning of depot operations, resource allocation, maintenance planning, and planning and executing minor contract works in an effective and cost-efficient way.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience with planning, prioritisation, scheduling, resource allocation, and evaluation of maintenance and/or works programs.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Experience in management of minor projects and contract/contractor management
Experience within the Construction/Maintenance/Horticulture work area.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and gain the confidence of a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence and motivate stakeholders.
