We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Client Services Analyst in our Sydney office.
This position involves providing critical support to our help-desk function, ensuring that technology applications, software, hardware, and network systems operate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience working in an IT service/help desk role, relevant tertiary or industry certified qualifications, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additionally, they should possess strong customer service and work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, and media applications such as Adobe Creative Suite.
A successful Client Services Analyst will also have experience supporting both Windows and Mac desktop environments, using IT Service desk incident management processes, ticketing systems, Active Directory, and Desktop Remote Management tools.
- Provide accurate Incident resolution and Service Request management, within established SLA time frames, meeting or exceeding user requirements and expectations.
- Manage Incidents and Service Requests effectively; ensuring information is captured in the appropriate Management System for future reference and analysis.
- Liaise with internal support teams, both local and international, and external service providers as required to resolve Incidents and complete Service Requests, to ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Facilitate the acquisition and installation of hardware and software for users required by the business.
- Contribute and document Client Services related knowledge to the internal wiki and assist in knowledge transfer across the team.
- Securely maintain the IT Operational and physical environments in line with corporate security policies, standards, and work practices.
