Regulatory Affairs Manager

The role involves managing and supporting the Regulatory and NPD team to achieve product registration approvals/market access opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the Regulatory and NPD team to achieve product registration approvals/market access opportunities.
  • Drive business partnerships with various divisions of the organization.
  • Develop creative and robust regulatory strategies, ensuring efficient execution in line with business needs.
  • Provide and oversee regulatory evaluation of new products, enabling efficient market access.
  • Prepare, submit, and track regulatory applications for a defined product portfolio of listed complementary medicines, registered medicines, medical devices, foods, cosmetics, and other FMCG products.
  • Develop and maintain all products dossier compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal NPD project teams to support their development and delivery of new products.
  • Resolve identified deficiencies or regulatory issues using problem-solving and collaboration, working closely with Scientific Affairs, Quality Assurance, Technical Services, and local brand teams.
About You:
  • A qualified naturopath or equivalent experience with natural health medicines is required.
  • Key attributes supporting success include self-driven results orientation, positive outlook, high-quality outcomes, exceptional planning skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and commitment to compliance processes.
  • Proven experience organizing and motivating others, strategic thinking, and a solutions-oriented approach are also essential.
