Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Research & Development team in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring product compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor regulatory updates to ensure compliance with existing regulations in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Develop effective compliance strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and share best practices.
  • Keep the business informed about emerging regulatory trends and proposed new regulations.
  • Advise on regulatory matters, including product claims, and represent Regulatory Affairs in project and category meetings.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Chemistry or a comparable field.
  • High-profile achievements in a regulatory role within FMCG or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
