Administrative Role for Lawn Bowls

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and skilled administrator to support the growth and maintenance of our lawn bowls programs.

About the Position
  • Promote lawn bowls events and initiatives within the community.
  • Support participation in district, state, and social bowls competitions.
  • Develop an annual bowls program in consultation with The Match Committee.
  • Support daily operations for social bowls events.
  • Liaise with coaches, umpires, and committees to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor adherence to required policies.
  • Provide advice to selection committees regarding teams.
  • Manage data ensuring it is correct and up to date.
Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of lawn bowls rules and administrative procedures.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong digital literacy with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and other applications.
  • Relevant experience in a similar administrative capacity or within the lawn bowls sector preferred.
  • Current Working with Children Check required.
  • Current First Aid certificate preferred.
