Infrastructure Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the repair and refurbishment of infrastructure across various locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

The Infrastructure Repair Specialist will be responsible for undertaking works in accordance with our Integrated Management System, following all reasonable and legal direction pertaining to safety, and understanding and following all relevant SWMS and Procedures.

Daily Tasks:

  • Undertake repairs and refurbishments of infrastructure safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily and weekly vehicle inspections.
  • Perform relevant safety inspections on harnesses, slings, power tools, and lifting equipment.
  • Repair infrastructure according to company TCI manuals and quality standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license (Class MR).
  • A Construction White card holder.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills to complete necessary paperwork.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks involved.
  • Flexibility regarding travel, as this may involve interstate travel.
  • Able to display evidence of a technical background (work experience).
  • Able to display knowledge of street furniture erection and installation.
  • A Forklift Operator's License.
  • An Avoidance of overhead power line certificate.
