Chief Financial Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide insightful analysis and commentary on month-end reports to support business decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, re-forecasts, and month-end reporting processes to ensure financial stability.
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Transformation stakeholders to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop compelling business cases for strategic investments, including ROI analysis, commentary, and presentation of findings to inform investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Deliver ad hoc reports and detailed analysis to support decision-making and drive business growth.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience supporting functions in a commercial environment.
- Industry experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Technology, or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong modelling skills to support business cases.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging both finance and non-finance stakeholders effectively.
