We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Migration Advisor.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in migration law and policy, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice to clients. They will also be responsible for managing their own caseload of migration cases from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of migration cases from start to finish.
  • Keep up to date with all changes and developments in Migration Law and policy.
  • Prepare submissions for complex cases.
  • Undertake detailed consultations on ALL visa subclasses.
  • Provide professional, clear, and concise advice to all clients.
  • Understand the client's visa history, case, and migration goals by recommending visa pathways and options.
  • Prepare and lodge precise visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs.
  • Keep accurate records of all details pertaining to clients' cases and daily workload.
