Corporate Travel Professional

We are seeking a seasoned travel expert to handle corporate clients' travel requests in a dynamic hybrid role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements and managing client inquiries efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage travel requests for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, car hire, and special requests.
- Use a Global Distribution System (GDS) to make reservations and process ticketing.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries from clients.
- Have experience with group travel, preferably in corporate or retail travel agencies.
- Work Monday to Friday – no weekends.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in corporate travel or retail travel agencies is essential.
- Strong knowledge of airfares and ticketing systems is required.
- Proficiency in GDS systems, such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus, is necessary.
- Self-ticketing skills are highly desirable.
- A professional demeanor with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
