• Compliance Program Leadership
• You will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive global compliance procedures aligned with international standards and regulations.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, proactively assessing their impact on our business and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and customers on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Operational Excellence
• Design and manage compliance training programs and documentation to ensure seamless implementation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Measure and report on compliance program performance using data-driven insights.
• Team Leadership
• Lead and develop a high-performing global compliance team, establishing clear goals and KPIs to drive success.
• Attract, recruit, and retain top compliance talent, empowering them to excel in their roles.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Resolve complex compliance issues, including escalations and customer complaints, through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support customer-facing teams with compliance communication, education, and enablement to ensure seamless service delivery.

• 10+ years' experience in the background screening industry is desired.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background screening industry experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Global Compliance background screening related laws and data privacy is required.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale compliance programs and teams globally.
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to assess and manage risk in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask each day to meet schedule demands and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex compliance topics clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks without direct supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
