We are seeking a dedicated and proactive team member to join our airport location. As a Car Return Agent, you will play a critical part in ensuring excellent sales and customer service for our clients while contributing to the success of our location.Key responsibilities include greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their experience has been positive, and providing solutions for any issues that have occurred. You will also be responsible for conducting damage inspections of returning vehicles, checking oil levels and tire pressure, and being of assistance to customers who are commencing their journey.To succeed in this role, you should possess previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
