Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing transactions accurately, and promoting our products and services.

This is a casual position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work on call. The role offers extensive training, a loaded casual rate, and opportunities for career development.

Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and/or cash handling.
  • Fitness to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers daily, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Benefits
  • Loaded casual rate $33.66 / hour increases to $35.98 / hour after 3 months.
  • 12% Superannuation.
  • Up to $9,020 district allowance.
  • 5 weeks annual leave.
