Energy Data Insights Specialist

About us, a rapidly growing company in the Energy Efficiency space. Our mission is to help Australia reach Climate Change milestones while enabling major property portfolios to unlock significant operational cost savings.
The RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the growth of our projects. The role is focused on undertaking on-site audits, collecting and analysing project data, and working closely with our teams to ensure our solutions are backed by accurate insights.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct on-site lighting and energy audits across client facilities.
- Collect, verify, and input project data (equipment, consumption, site conditions).
- Liaise with project engineers and sales team to align technical findings with proposals.
- Assist in preparing financial models, ROI calculations, and analysis.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports for both internal and client use.
- Support the sales process with timely, data-backed insights and handover packs.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numeracy skills.
- Confident engaging with clients and working on-site.
- Proficiency with Excel (and willingness to learn additional data tools).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, energy efficiency, and Net Zero.
