We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Winning Appliances. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering an outstanding showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with new and existing customers to deliver amazing in-store experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Provide information about brand offerings and product features to customers.
- Sales and Project Delivery: Ensure sales and projects are delivered smoothly for customers.
- Follow-up and Communication: Follow up with customers as required to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Training and Development: Participate in regular training and development with our in-house training team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Passion for Customer Service: Be passionate about delivering amazing experiences for customers.
- Retail or Sales Experience: Have experience working in retail or sales, although experience in appliances is not necessary.
- Availability: Be flexible with availability, including weekends as required.
- Communication Skills: Possess clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Learning and Development: Be eager to learn and develop, with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges.
