Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute comprehensive training programs for apprentices and staff.
  • Collaborate with learners and leaders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support as required to ensure individual success.
  • Maintain and update training resources and materials.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to training delivery with efficiency.
  • Emphasize safety protocols in all training activities.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in training or mentoring, or a willingness to transition into this field.
  • Light Vehicle Automotive Technician trade certificate with extensive post-trade experience.
  • Auto Electrical and Toyota Certifications are advantageous.
  • A people-focused approach and ability to empathize with others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.
  • Current valid driver's license is required.
