Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality GP assessments for young people aged 12–25.
  • Manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals.
  • Address physical and mental health concerns, including preventive care.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Receive clinical supervision and tailored administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be an AHPRA-registered GP with relevant qualifications, experience in youth and/or mental health, skilled in evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration, and possess strong communication and care coordination abilities.
