The Role

This role involves leading a team of Member Support Consultants to maximise membership growth through acquisition and retention, creating a positive member experience that drives club visitation and engagement.

You will take overall responsibility for achieving joiners, leavers and member growth goals, overseeing front desk operations and setting best-in-class service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team meets their daily performance criteria
  • Assist with delivering sales training to develop the MSC team
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
  • Support the Club Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth

About You

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to hit KPIs. You should have an understanding of the sales cycle and various sales techniques, including up-selling and cross-selling.

Prior experience of managing customer journeys and customer retention strategies would be beneficial. Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team is also required.
